Campground Parking & Access Enforcement
Campgrounds combine long stays, visitors, tow vehicles, trailers and narrow internal roads. Camden County Tow helps operators create a site-specific process that protects emergency access and keeps enforcement under management control.
Common parking pressure
Problems this program can address.
The property chooses which rules it is authorized to enforce. These are common planning topics—not automatic reasons to remove a vehicle.
Extra vehicles at occupied sites
Parking in vacant or reserved sites
Abandoned or disabled vehicles left after departure
Your enforcement playbook
Six decisions made before the first call.
Lake-area consideration: Gravel roads, soft shoulders, trees, tight turns and seasonal ground conditions can limit safe access. The evaluation should identify areas where towing may require special review.
Jurisdiction review
No one-size-fits-all legal shortcut.
Missouri law, including RSMo §304.158, and any applicable municipal rules must be considered for the exact property. Ownership, posted entrances, accessible spaces, fire routes and the reason for removal can affect the correct procedure.
Camden County Tow confirms the property setup, authorized contacts and service procedure before enforcement begins. This page is general service information, not legal advice or blanket authorization to remove a vehicle.

Property-specific questions.
Do you tow RVs?
This program should not be read as a promise of heavy-duty RV towing. Call with the exact size and condition so equipment capability can be confirmed.
Can seasonal campers be given warnings?
Yes. The operator can approve a written warning sequence for nonurgent violations.
Can an on-duty host call?
Only if the campground has formally designated that host as an authorized contact.
What if the road is too narrow or soft?
Access and ground conditions are evaluated before service. Photos and a precise site location are helpful.
