Information collected

The application collects contact and location information, work authorization and sponsorship responses, availability, job interests, driving and industry qualifications when relevant, employment history, education, skills, written responses, electronic certification and any résumé, cover letter or certification files you choose to upload.

Information we do not request

Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank information, full dates of birth, medical information, protected demographic information, driver’s-license numbers or identity documents through the public application.

Why information is used

Applicant information is used to evaluate qualifications, communicate about employment, administer the hiring process and maintain appropriate business records. It may be reviewed by people authorized to handle hiring for Camden County Tow and by service providers that securely process or store the application.

Storage and security

Application records are stored in a restricted database. Uploaded documents are stored separately in private file storage and are available only through an authenticated administrative process. Applicant answers and files are not sent to website analytics.

Retention

Applications may be retained for current or future employment consideration and legitimate business or legal purposes.

Correction or deletion requests

To ask about, correct or request deletion of applicant information when applicable, contact Camden County Tow at recoverykc@gmail.com or call 573-316-5005. Some records may need to be retained when required or permitted by law.

Employment decisions

Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or employment. Separate authorization will be requested later before any regulated job-related screening when legally appropriate.
